These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing and using Echom.ai, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Account and Membership

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account on Echom.ai. If you are under 14 years old, your parents or legal representative can create an account for you, which you can use under supervision.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Membership on Echom.ai is a lifetime membership, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Data Privacy

Your data privacy is of utmost importance to us. Echom.ai does not share, market, or sell your content. We only use the content you provide to improve our AI for the benefit of the user.

The content saved, produced, or more is owned by the user, and only the user can decide who they want to share the content with (public or golden circle, of people they have invited to see their content).

Users have the option to choose which content their golden circle sees, and they can hide things that are only for their eyes.

Special Lifetime Account Offer

The special one-time fee offer for a lifetime account is limited. Users who take advantage of this offer won't ever have to pay more for the basic membership version of Echom.ai. Other users will pay a monthly/yearly membership fee.

Termination and Data Deletion

Users can terminate or delete their account at any time by either writing to support@echom.ai or using the functionality within the platform.

By deleting the account, Echom.ai will erase all data associated with the user.

If a user has chosen, pre-death, that their account can never be deleted, even by their legal representatives/descendants, those parties can only add content to the deceased account if the user allowed this pre-death.

Memory Accounts for Deceased Non-User

In case descendants want to open an account for a deceased person, the account will be marked as a "memory account" instead of a "lifetime account."

They will be able to use Echom.ai to create a representation of their relative posthumously.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Echom.ai and its content are owned by Echom.ai or its licensors.

Users may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from Echom.ai without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Echom.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Echom.ai will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

Changes to the Terms

Echom.ai reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
